The delivery of your package, whether it is a SIM card, a phone or a Wi-Fi modem, is done by a third party. The delivery date indicated on your order summary is for reference only; Fizz cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Important: The scheduled delivery date cannot be changed. What are the delivery times for a SIM card or a device? You should plan between 2 to 5 working days for the delivery of a SIM card. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. If the delivery time includes a holiday, it will take an extra day for delivery. For a phone or Wi-Fi modem, you will receive an email with a tracking number to follow your package. To check the status of your delivery: Log into your account and go to My settings > Order history > View Details Click on the shipment number to view your delivery details on the courier's website. Good to know: for Planète Courrier, go to "click for more info" and enter the postal code of the delivery address to see the delivery details. An issue with your delivery? How do I manage an appointment for a technician to visit my service address?
If y our Home Internet service was diagnosed by our Customer Service team with a malfunction, or you need to add or relocate an outlet, then your appointment is actually a service call. Here are a few things to know to make sure the technician’s visit runs as smoothly as possible. On average, a visit lasts less than an hour. You’ll get a better time estimate once the technician is on-site. Do not expect a call from the technician. He’ll only contact you at the number you provided when you planned your appointment if he plans to arrive before or after the allocated time slot. A person over 18 years old must be present. If not, the technician cannot complete the work , and a new appointment will have to be scheduled. Your equipment should be easily accessible. M ove ahead of time any furniture that may complicate things. If you’re the owner of a household pet, please keep it away from the rooms where the technician will be working. If you are a building tenant, have the owner’s written authorization beforehand should the technician need to drill, for example, a hole in an exterior wall. If the building owner is on-site, his verbal agreement will suffice. If you have shared ownership of your property, be familiar with the rules of your association in regard to such matter. How do I know if I can use my own phone with Fizz?
You can, of course, buy a phone on fizz.ca, but you can also use your own phone with Fizz. To do so, however, your phone must be: Compatible with eSIMs if you wish to use an eSIM. VoLTE-compatible at Fizz* (required with the 3G network withdrawal that starts July 31, 2025) * If your phone is not VoLTE-compatible at Fizz, you can activate a mobile plan before July 31, 2025, but keep in mind that: Your phone must be compatible with our network and able to support its frequencies. You will need to replace your phone with a VoLTE-compatible model in anticipation of the 3G withdrawal that will start July 31, 2025. We strongly recommend that you take the necessary steps now to avoid any inconveniences once the 3G network has been decommissioned, such as the inability to make calls and contact 911. Good to know: smartwatches are not supported at this time. If you wish to use an eSIM Good to know: if your phone is not compatible with eSIMs, don’t worry. You can still get a physical SIM card online, or from one of our partner stores. My Wi-Fi network is not working. It’s slow or it cuts. What do I do?

Referral program: how can I invite, and get invited?
Once you’re a member, we’ll assign you your very own unique referral code. You’ll then be able to earn additional referral bonuses by inviting friends to use your referral code to join Fizz. You therefore have the opportunity to get a referral bonus by getting invited to Fizz, but also afterwards by inviting friends to join. You must have an active Fizz plan to invite friends and receive referral bonuses. The usual amount for the referral bonus is $25 for both the Fizz member and the person they invite, but this amount can vary based on the activation date. More specifically: for a mobile plan, the date at which the person who was invited activates their SIM card. for a Home Internet plan, the date at which the person who was invited subscribed and chose their installation appointment. Learn more on how referral bonuses work, and are allocated. Getting invited Any one person can only be invited once, and thus use a referral code when they subscribe to their first Fizz service. For example, if a person subscribes to the Fizz mobile service without using a referral code, one cannot be applied retroactively. This same person cannot use a referral code if they activate a Home Internet plan since that plan will now be their second Fizz plan. Don’t know anyone at Fizz? How do I subscribe to Fizz Home Internet?
Subscribing to Fizz Home Internet is a breeze, but here are a few pointers. Your home address Whether it’s your house, cottage or apartment, we need the address where you would like to have our Home Internet services installed. This step is crucial to check if the Fizz Home Internet service is available at your place. As you start to type in your address, the field will autofill with address proposals. Make sure you pick the right one, all the way down to your apartment number if applicable. Know that Fizz services unfortunately cannot be used for commercial purposes or in the operation of a business. Our Internet service is not available at your address? It is for many residential addresses in Quebec and in Clarence-Rockland (ON) region and, over time, may be for more and more postal codes. Wireless and Internet Code is a mandatory code of conduct created by the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) to make it easier for Canadians to understand their rights and responsibilities related to their service contracts.
