What’s an eSIM, and how do I know if my phone is eSIM compatible?
An eSIM is in fact a digital SIM card. In addition to being free, our eSIM can be ordered and activated the same day.
In your phone settings, a section is dedicated to the SIM. If you see an option to add an eSIM, your phone is compatible.
Can I activate my SIM card in a store?
No. The activation of your SIM card is done online at Fizz.ca/activation. Follow the steps and you’ll be set in no time.
Is there an activation fee?
No. At Fizz, whether you buy a new phone or bring your own, or if you get an eSIM or a physical SIM card, there is no activation fee to activate your SIM.
Can I use any mobile phone with Fizz?
Your phone must be compatible with Fizz, as well as VoLTE certified on the Fizz network. You also need a SIM. We have physical SIM cards and eSIMs. The eSIM is free and can be ordered and activated on the same day. Check your phone here.
