Due to severe weather and power outages across several regions of Quebec, some customers may experience disruptions to their telecommunications services. Fizz crews are on the ground to restore service as quickly as possible and are monitoring power restoration efforts closely. We appreciate your patience during this time.

- Lanaudière
- Laurentides
- Laval
- Bas-Saint-Laurent
- Abitibi-Témiscamingue

Services affected:
- Internet
- Television

Wireless Services:
Degradation of wireless services may also affect certain customers.

IMPORTANT: The return of power and several other factors influence the restoration of services. Even when power is back in an area, it is possible that telecommunications services remain affected, particularly if network infrastructures have suffered damage or if they are in an adjacent area that is not yet supplied with power.
