Why do I have to have a Fizz Home Internet plan to subscribe to Fizz TV?
Fizz TV delivers television by IPTV which means the TV channel content is delivered over your Internet connection. To optimize and simplify the customer experience, Fizz TV is only available to our Internet members with a Fizz Home Internet plan of 30 Mbps minimum.XX
Which devices are required to enjoy Fizz Internet and TV services?
All our Internet plans include the Wi-Fi modem. And with the Fizz TV installed on your compatible devices like a tablet, a cell phone or a smart TV, you’ll be set.XX
Am I limited in my selection of sports channels?
No. Every TV plan includes basic TV to which you add the channels you want. If you only want to add sports channels, it’s all good on our end. It’s your plan after all.
Which Home Internet plan do I need to add a TV plan to my account?
You can choose any Fizz Home Internet plan but the minimum recommended is 30 Mbps. The speed you choose for your Home Internet plan will have an impact on the rendering of your TV service.
