Price
The indicated fee corresponds to your monthly payment. Your pre-authorized payments will be taken each month 72 hours before your next payment cycle begins. The monthly base price of your plan will remain unchanged during your subscription unless you change your plan in your account. Applies to the base price of mobile plans identified as such. Excludes discounts, Add- ons, Travel Add-ons, out-of-plan charges and taxes.

Coverage
The coverage you choose determines the geographical location where you can use the Fizz mobile service. However, you must not use this service primarily on a Fizz partner service provider mobile network. See the Fizz coverage map to learn more.

Taxes and conditions
Applicable taxes are extra (including 911 emergency service tax and/or levy of $0.52 in Quebec and $0.95 in Alberta). Certain conditions apply.

Phone number transfers
Only active numbers can be transferred to Fizz. There is a possibility that your phone number cannot be transferred to Fizz.

BETA test period (1)
Fizz is currently in BETA test period for certain eligible regions. During the BETA test period, the end of which is at the discretion of Fizz, a BETA price privilege is applied to any new mobile plan activated in eligible regions. This offer, the BETA price privilege, is subject to change without notice. This privilege, in compensation for any potential glitches that could affect and/or limit services, is a XX% discount on the regular price of your mobile plan, and will be automatically applied every month, for 6 months, starting on the day your SIM card is activated. Requires a compatible device. Should you change your plan, the discount will be applicable to your new plan for the number of months remaining in those initial 6 months. Once your BETA price privilege comes to an end, the discount will be automatically removed, and your plan will switch to its regular price. Data rollover (2)
During a payment cycle, the unused data from your mobile plan can be used within the two months following the end of that cycle. This excludes Add-Ons, gifted data and rewards included in the My Rewards program (without exception). You must have an active plan to use rolled over data.

Data gifting (3)
Only data associated with your plan during the current payment cycle can be gifted to another Fizz member (per 500 MB block). Members must subscribe to a plan containing mobile data in order to receive a gift. Gift recipients must use gifted data before the end of their next full payment cycle.

My Rewards program (4)
An active Fizz account is required. The Terms and Conditions of the My Rewards program apply.

Plan changes (5)
Any changes to your plan must be made outside of the freeze period and in accordance with the plan change policy. Offers are subject to change without notice and Fizz cannot guarantee that the plan you are enjoying now will be available or offered under the same conditions in the future.

LTE network (6)
LTE technology is available to compatible devices. LTE coverage, features, and performance may vary and are subject to network availability and connectivity, and whether the plan contains mobile data. Outside of LTE areas, LTE devices may have access to reduced speeds depending on network availability. Speed is based on theoretical maximum download speed and will vary depending on the technology environment and the member's usage.
