How do I use a PUK code to unblock my SIM card?
To unblock your SIM card right away, log into your Fizz account to reveal your PUK code ( My Plans > Manage > Unblock SIM card). Type the code that is revealed into your phone. If you entered 3 incorrect PIN codes and your phone displays “SIM card blocked” or “Enter PUK code”, your SIM card has been blocked to ensure your security. To unblock your SIM card, you must enter a PUK (PIN Unlock Key) code. Where to find your PUK code Log into your Fizz account and go to My Plans. Click on Manage and then Unblock SIM card. Click the slider to reveal your PUK code. Type this code into your phone to unblock your SIM. To simplify this process in the future, write down your PUK code and keep it somewhere safe or opt for the option to send it to you by email. After you unblock your SIM card After unlocking your SIM card with a PUK code, go to your phone settings to personalize your PIN code. Choose an easy-to-remember PIN — it will prevent you from accidentally blocking your SIM card again. How do I personalize my PIN? Referral program: how can I invite, and get invited?
For a limited time, our referral bonuses are now $35 instead of the usual amount! That’s right — you and your friends both get a little extra when you share Fizz. Once you’re a member, we’ll assign you your very own unique referral code. You’ll then be able to earn additional referral bonuses by inviting friends to use your referral code to join Fizz. You therefore have the opportunity to get a referral bonus by getting invited to Fizz, but also afterwards by inviting friends to join. You must have an active Fizz plan to invite friends and receive referral bonuses. The usual amount for the referral bonus is $25 (the bonus is $35 from March 20th to April 30th 2025) for both the Fizz member and the person they invite, but this amount can vary based on the activation date. More specifically: for a mobile plan, the date at which the person who was invited activates their SIM card. for a Home Internet plan, the date at which the person who was invited subscribed and chose their installation appointment. Learn more on how referral bonuses work, and are allocated. Getting invited Any one person can only be invited once, and thus use a referral code when they subscribe to their first Fizz service. For example, if a person subscribes to the Fizz mobile service without using a referral code, one cannot be applied retroactively. How can I change my TV plan or channels?
Some features to change a TV plan are still in development. You can change the channels in your current plan or add some to switch to a bigger plan. If you wish to switch to a smaller plan, please contact our Customer Service team. Please note that you cannot make any changes to your TV plan and/or modify your channels during the freeze period (4-5 days before the end of your current billing cycle). Changing your channels You may change your channels at any time, without changing your monthly TV plan: In your Fizz account, go under My plans > Manage plan > Change my plan. Select your channels. Make sure the total number of channels in your new selection is the same as in your current selection. Submit your changes. Log out and back in your Fizz TV app, and you’ll have access to your new channels instantly. Good to know: any new channel you select for your plan must be kept for at least 30 days. Adding channels to your plan Please note that you cannot change your TV plan during the freeze period (4.5 days before the end of your current billing cycle). You may add channels to your TV plan at any time: In your Fizz account, go under My plans > Manage plan > Change my plan. Add the new channels you want. Submit your changes. A recap of your order and your new services agreement will be sent to you by email. Log out and back in your Fizz TV app, and you’ll have access to your new channels instantly. How do I add a user to a plan?
When you add a plan to your account, one of these plans may not be used by you — it may be used by your child, your spouse, etc. You will be able to manage aspects of this plan and will make all monthly payments, Add-Ons, etc. Decide if this person will have their own Fizz account. If they do, they WILL be able to: Participate in the Rewards Program: By having their own account, the My Rewards points that this person will receive will go into their account, and not yours. From that point on, that person will be able to manage their upgrades and perks themselves. You won’t have access to them anymore. Also important to know – if you’re at say level 4, the person you declare autonomous with their own account will start their My Rewards program at level 1. Manage their own preferences for Fizz communications Participate in the Fizz Community Hub Modify their plan* *You decide what this user can do by modifying their user permissions. In both cases the user you invite will need to have an unlocked phone. If this person will not have their own Fizz account, they WILL NOT be able to do any of the above. This may be ideal for a child or elderly relative. Add a user with an account How to add a user with their own Fizz account: Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Select the plan to which you want to add the user. Click on Manage and choose Add a user. Select: “Choose this option if the person WILL be able to…” Enter the user’s email address* and define your relationship to them. Configure this user’s permissions.
