When will my Fizz package be delivered?
The delivery of your package, whether it is a SIM card, a phone or a Wi-Fi modem, is done by a third party. The delivery date indicated on your order summary is for reference only; Fizz cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. Important: The scheduled delivery date cannot be changed. What are the delivery times for a SIM card or a device? Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the delivery of a SIM card or a mobile device. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. If the delivery timeframe includes a public holiday, an additional day will be required. For the Wi-Fi modem included with your Internet service, you can choose your own delivery date. It will be scheduled at least two days after the date you place your order. To check the status of your SIM card delivery: Please note that no tracking number is issued. However, you can confirm the shipment of your SIM card here: My settings > Order history > View Details. If the delivery timeframe has passed (2 to 5 business days), contact us using the chat bubble at the bottom of this page. How to close a deceased customer’s account
The request to close an account due to the death of a Fizz member must be completed and accompanied by proof of death, the contact information of the requester, and their relationship to the deceased Fizz member. To close an account following the death of a Fizz member contact our Customer Service team: simply click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner. Important information regarding the phone number Please note that it is not possible to transfer the phone number associated with the deceased member’s account to another Fizz account, whether new or existing. Phone numbers assigned to a Fizz account are permanently linked to that account and cannot be moved internally. The deceased customer’s account will be closed at the end of the current payment cycle, unless there has been a specific request to do otherwise.

I’m unable to log into my Fizz account. What do I do?
New Fizz account. If you’re new to Fizz and recently created your account, the confirmation of your email address is key. This step must be completed within 24 hours by clicking on the link in the validation email we sent you. If the 24-hour delay has passed, no worries. By clicking on the link in the validation email, you will be redirected to a window from which you can request a new link. Or you can go on fizz.ca and sign in. The system will automatically send you a new link to finalize the creation of your account. Reset or change your password. Everyone can forget. And if that’s your case, no worries. There’s a magic link on the login page that allows you to change your password. When asked, enter the email address associated with your Fizz account. You’ll then receive an email from us with a link to reset your password. Beware, you’ll have 30 minutes to take action. After that, the link won’t work, and you’ll have to start over. If you do end up doing this a few times, use the link in the most recent email. The other, previous links won’t work. Good to know: After changing your password, you may need to clear the cache of your Internet browser to delete your history and your cookies. Account is locked. If your account is locked and attempts to reset your password are not working, contact us by clicking on the chat bubble at the bottom right . How do I manage an appointment for a technician to visit my service address?

On average, a visit lasts less than an hour. You’ll get a better time estimate once the technician is on-site. The technician will intervene within the agreed time slot. I would like to add or relocate an outlet. How do I do this?
Sometimes your cable outlet isn’t placed exactly where you want it. Or maybe your outlet is no longer functioning. Not to worry, you simply need to plan an appointment with a technician. Not subscribed to Fizz Home Internet service yet? Subscribe to one of our Home Internet plans and go for the VIP installation. The technician will then install, relocated or repair your outlet during the installation appointment. How to subscribe to Fizz Home Internet Already enjoying one of our Home Internet plans? Contact us by chat. We can schedule a service call for you. A $60 fee will apply. How a service call works Important: A person over 18 years old must be present during any technician appointment.
