With Fizz, you pay for your plan each month via automatic pre-authorized payments planned 72 hours before the start of your billing cycle. Example. Your payment cycle ends on the 5th of every month. The automatic payment of your plan therefore takes place on the 3rd of the month, and your new cycle starts on the 6th. If a payment fails, you’ll receive automatic reminders that will tell you what you need to do along with the deadline that applies, to pay for your plan yourself to avoid it from being suspended or even cancelled. Please note that Fizz is a prepaid service, and the payment date is fixed and cannot be changed. Additionally, no payment arrangements can be made. Please also note that the total amount of your bill must be paid in a single transaction — it cannot be split between multiple credit cards. My credit card is expired. You must update your payment method at least 72 hours before the end of your payment cycle to make sure your account is updated in time for your next payment. Before removing the card currently associated with your account, you’ll need to add a new one first. My Settings > Payment Methods > Add a new payment method Once your payment method has been updated in your Fizz account, you must associate it to each plan you want to pay with that card. That is not done automatically. My Plans > Manage Plan > Payment Method My monthly payment failed. An email and a text will be sent to you to notify you of the payment failure. From that moment, you have until the end of your current payment cycle, so 72 hours from the time the payment attempt failed, to proceed with the payment of your plan to

Data rollover is worth its weight in gold—unused data from one month rolls over to the next. You know what that means, right? You can adjust your mobile plan to pay for less data. How to check if I have a rollover Activate your upgrades. Thanks to your upgrades from the My Reward Program, you have the opportunity to boost the value of your plan every month. Activating an upgrade for free mobile data each month for example, means you could decrease the data you actually pay for in your mobile plan. How to activate an upgrade Check if you have perks. Your perks are single-use items offered as part of the My Rewards program—for example, 500 MB of mobile data valid for 30 days once activated. You can choose to apply all your perks at once, or spread them out. Then, adjust your plan to save precious dollars. How to apply a perk Data gifting is always appreciated. Think of data gifting as an easy Fizz way to help others out. You can receive extra data other members are not planning on using. Good to know: if your phone is compatible with eSIMS, our eSIM is free, and you can order, install and activate it all in one shot. If your Fizz SIM card needs to be changed due to the removal of 3G for a VoLTE-compatible card, it will be free. See the steps for an eSIM here. If your phone is not compatible with eSIMs or if you prefer having a physical SIM card, it’s all good as well. The SIM card (subscriber identification module) will connect your phone to the Fizz mobile network so you can use the mobile plan you create. Keep in mind, however, that Fizz does not offer business services: SIM card (their order and their use) are limited to a residential use. Order online Just like anything else these days, a Fizz SIM card can be delivered right to your door. You even get to keep your slippers on. New to Fizz? Go to fizz.ca and create your mobile plan. Follow the on-screen steps and order your SIM card. Obviously, your address must be located within the Fizz subscrition area. You can also order a free SIM card when you buy a phone on fizz.ca. Just add it to your order. You're looking to add a new plan to your account? With Fizz, you can add and manage several plans in your account. To prevent identity theft or any fraudulent use, you must absolutely block your SIM card (access to your plan and phone number) and your phone. To do so, log into your Fizz account. Under My phones you’ll see an option to report your phone as lost/stolen. But before doing that, did you think about using the function to locate your phone? How to find an iPhone phone (iCloud account) How to find an Android phone (Google account) Block your SIM card. Blocking a SIM card allows to block any fraudulent use of your plan, as well as access to your phone number. To do so, log into your Fizz account. Under My phones you’ll see an option to report your phone as lost/stolen and block your phone and/or SIM card. The block is effective immediately. When your SIM card is blocked, your mobile plan remains active. - You will stille be able to access your voicemail from another phone. See how - Best is for you to activate a new SIM card as soon as possible (with another phone if yours is also lost/stolen). - You may also unsubscribe from your mobile plan. This would come into effect at the end of your payment cycle. If you find your SIM card, you can unblock it by going back into your account. Block your phone. Blocking a phone puts it on the National Stolen Device Blacklist. Fizz contributes to maintaining this blacklist in an effort to reduce the number of mobile device thefts. When a device is registered in this registry, its access to the networks of participating wireless service providers is blocked. To block your phone, you’ll need its IMEI. That number is written on the original packaging, as well as in the documentation included at the time of purchase
