I’m having problems transferring my current phone number to Fizz. Why? What can I do?
Note that a number transfer cannot be done on a line that is already active with Fizz. In other words, if you already have a Fizz plan, porting a number to this plan is not possible; you need to create a new plan. As outlined below, there are several possible reasons for this situation. You will receive an email, as well as an in-account notification explaining the glitch pertaining to your situation, and the next steps to address it. How can I access and use my voicemail?
Visual messaging now available at Fizz. Available for iOS and Android phones, Visual Messaging is included for free with the Voicemail option in your plan. You can listen to and manage your messages without having to "call" your voicemail. You own to have data to take advantage of it. To activate / deactivate your voicemail Make sure you have the voicemail option as part of your plan, and that your plan has minutes or else you will not be able to access it whether from your mobile phone or another phone. If your voicemail isn’t activated in your plan , you'll have to add the voicemail option. IMPORTANT - Any change to your plan must be made in accordance with the plan change policy detailed on https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy. This change will then come into effect when your next payment cycle begins. What are the warranty details for a phone bought with Fizz?
Since Fizz does not manufacture its own mobile devices, the only warranty offered on new phones is the 12-month manufacturer warranty. Preloved phones are covered by Fizz for a period of 6 months. What is an Add-On and how do I buy one?

An Add-On is additional data, minutes, text or minutes for international calls that you can add onto your current monthly plan. An Add-on must be used when you are within your coverage area. Which speed should I choose?
The ideal speed for your Fizz Home Internet service will depend on the number of devices connected to your network, and the amount of data their online activities require. A plan with a higher speed implies more bandwidth, which will in turn accommodate a larger volume of data traffic. If you are browsing and checking your email, you will need fewer Mbps. If several people at your address will be watching video streaming or playing games, there will be more data traffic on your network, and more Mbps will therefore be needed to make the experience enjoyable for everyone. Depending on your location and needs, you can choose a plan ranging from 30 Mbps to 940 Mbps (see details below). Our upload speeds are 10 Mbps for the 30 Mbps and 60 Mbps plans, and 50 Mbps for all other plans.
