Where can I see my Fizz order history?
Your Fizz Order history lists every piece of hardware you have bought on the Fizz website, for example: SIM cards or modems. You will be able to see what you purchased, when, and see the delivery status for each order. Your Order history does not list your Fizz plan payments and transactions (it only contains placed orders that were shipped). What are the instructions to pack and send my phone to Fizz?
Due to the current context at Canada Post, there may be additional delays in receiving your phone return. Rest assured that your return request will be processed without any issues. We appreciate your understanding and patience. Instructions to return your phone Once your online return request has been submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your return label. Here are the steps to follow: Pack your phone and its accessories securely in a reasonably sized box. Print your return label or present your QR code at a Canada Post deposit location. Bring your package to the Canada Post drop-off location before the indicated date - you have 30 days once your return request is submitted. Track the status of your return directly in your account under My Phones > Follow my return. Important: if this device is considered hazardous equipment, please add the mention Hazardous equipment on your package. Preparing your package For a 15-day return, your phone must be in its original box . Don’t forget to include all its accessories and the charger. For a warranty claim, send your phone along with its charger. Pack everything securely in a reasonably sized box to avoid any damage during shipping. You are responsible for your package until Fizz receives it. Consider using a phone return mailing box available at Canada Post. Head to a Canada Post deposit location Make your way to a Canada Post drop-off location with your package with the return label on it or your confirmation email showing your QR code. Respect the deadline outlined in your confirmation email. If you miss your deadline, Canada Post will not accept your package, and you’ll have to resubmit a new return request. How do I add funds to my Fizz Wallet?
Good to know: Offers, services and prices are subject to change without notice and may differ by province. In the case of the Fizz Wallet, it is only offered in Quebec. To add funds to your Wallet: Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. If you have more than one plan, scroll to the plan you want to add money to. Click the Manage button. This will open the Manage interface. Click on Wallet. Here you will have options to add a predetermined amount of money to your Wallet, or enter an amount that you specify. How do I set up my Wi-Fi modem?
Starter Kit The box contains the following items: The Wi-Fi modem (CODA-4680 or CODA-5610Q for the 500 Mbps plan and above) A coaxial cable A power cord An ethernet cable The ethernet cable is included in the box with your modem, but it is not required to set up your Wi-Fi network. Connect the coaxial cable The coaxial cable must be properly screwed in on both ends. Connect the power cord The power cord must be properly connected to the Wi-Fi modem and wall outlet (avoid using a power strip). IMPORTANT: Once it’s plugged in, your Wi-Fi modem will make its first system update, and may need to reboot after roughly 15 minutes. Make sure your modem is ready A series of lights will appear on your modem. Make sure they match this image. Write down your modem’s info Locate the network name (Default Wi-Fi Network) and password (Default Key) printed on the back of your Wi-Fi modem: CODA-4680 model: look at the back. CODA-5610Q model: look under. Make sure not to confuse similar characters such as O and 0, as well as I and 1. Before proceeding to the next step, check the available networks on a Wi-Fi-enabled device like a mobile phone and check that the FIZZ network name as indicated on your modem appears in the list of available networks. This may take a few minutes. Configure your modem Select the name of your Wi-Fi network from the list of networks available to your Wi-Fi enabled device and enter the password. I can’t make any calls on my phone. Why?
If you’re having difficulty receiving phone calls (but can make calls) see: My phone isn’t receiving any calls. How do I fix it? Make sure you are in a zone that has adequate coverage. Several options are available to you in My Account under ''Manage plan'' to regularize the situation: Add-ons (Immediate) Wallet (Immediate) Make changes to this plan (At the end of the payment cycle) Restart your phone Reboot (power cycle) your phone by holding down the phone’s start button for 10 seconds. After you reboot, your applications will reload. Your phone will then re-authenticate to the Fizz mobile network. This will allow your phone to recover its authorization to access the network. Reset Network Settings Rest assured, this operation does not delete personal data stored on your device. Follow the steps corresponding to your type of mobile phone. Self-installation or VIP installation: This is the fee for delivery and possible installation of your Wi-Fi modem, depending on which installation option you chose during subscription.
