How do I unsubscribe from Fizz TV?

Fizz is currently in a BETA test period for its TV service in Quebec. As a result of this BETA test period, some of the TV services may be affected and/or limited.

Good to know: Due to BETA limitations, unsubscribing and resubscribing is the only way to change your plan and/or your channels. Same goes if you are moving.

  1. If this really is goodbye

To unsubscribe from your TV plan, go under My plans > Manage plan > Unsubscribe and follow the on-screen steps.

If you unsubscribe from your TV plan, it’ll be deactivated immediately. You will receive a prorated refund based on the days left, if any, in your payment cycle.

If you unsubscribe from your Internet plan, you’ll have to choose your deactivation date. Your TV plan will be deactivated on the same date, and any outstanding refunds, if any, for your two plans will be processed at the same time when you return your Fizz Wi-Fi modem.

  1. Avoid doubling up

If you're planning to go from Fizz to another TV provider, don't forget that you are responsible for unsubscribing and cancelling your Fizz TV plan. Subscribing to a new TV provider will not cancel your Fizz TV services automatically.

  1. Deceased member

Following the unfortunate death of a Fizz member, a close friend or family member can disconnect their services.

To do so, please contact our Customer Service team using the chat bubble. Have ready an official document that proves the member is deceased. The rep will be asking for it, along with your contact information and the nature of your relationship with the concerned Fizz member.

Fizz services will be deactivated at the end of the payment cycle, unless a specific request on that matter is made.
