I’ve unsubscribed. I want to return my Wi-Fi modem, but it’s lost or broken.
Please let us know if there’s a problem with returning your Wi-Fi modem. To contact Customer Service, simply click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of this page. You can access the bubble chat within our business hours. If you return a modem that is in poor condition, or if we receive a box that does not contain your modem, you will be charged a $225 (plus applicable taxes) modem replacement fee and/or $60 for delivery by a technician. What is my Wallet and how do I use it?
Good to know: Offers, services and prices are subject to change without notice and may differ by province. In the case of the Fizz Wallet, it is only offered in Quebec. Your Wallet is where you deposit and store money to cover Pay As You Go minutes, texts, minutes for international calls and roaming. Simply use your credit card to add funds to your wallet. The funds you deposit in your Wallet will not be spent unless: You decide to use them to Pay As You Go. Your plan only includes data. You will be able to use Pay As You Go make calls and send texts. You deplete your monthly plan and do not buy an Add-On. Funds in your Wallet will automatically be used to pay for calls and text. You cannot use the funds from your Wallet to pay for your monthly plan. Pay As You Go There are two key instances when Pay As You Go comes in handy: If you deplete your monthly plan before the end of your payment cycle, and you choose not to buy an Add-On to complete the month, your consumption will automatically switch to Pay As You Go. If you are travelling out of Canada, you can use Pay As You Go to pay for out-of-country data, calls, text and international calls. How does financing with Affirm work?
PayBright is now Affirm. If you have a payment plan with PayBright for a phone you bought with Fizz, no worries. While their name is changing, your agreement stays the same, with the same conditions. The payment solution offered by Affirm on fizz.ca varies based on the value of the purchase you’re considering: Pay in 4 for small purchases: The amount of your purchase is equally split over 4 payments. Monthly instalments for large purchases: The amount of your purchase is spread over a period that varies between 12 and 24 months depending on the phone model and your eligibility. How Pay in 4 works. You’ll have four (4) automatic pre-authorized payments charged to your Visa or Mastercard credit or debit card : a first payment when you receive your purchase, and one payment every two weeks after that. Good to know: this payment solution won’t impact your credit score. How monthly instalments with Affirm work. Over how many months can I finance the purchase of my phone? What’s Visual voicemail, and how does it work?
With Visual voicemail, your messages are literally at your finger tips. You listen and manage your messages by selecting them directly on your phone screen, without having to “call” your voicemail. What’s the My Rewards program?
The My Rewards program allows you to earn rewards for every dollar you spend with us. You also move along in the program when you participate in the Community Hub, gift your mobile data to another Fizz member, refer a friend, etc. In fact, the longer you stay with Fizz, the more you’ll be dazzled with the rewards we have in store for you throughout your Fizz journey My Rewards How do I subscribe? You are automatically subscribed to My Rewards the minute you create an account on fizz.ca. Don’t have an active plan yet? No worries. You can still start earning points in the program by participating in the Community Hub for example. You’ll need an active Fizz plan, however, to use any reward you receive. How does My Rewards work? Throughout your Fizz journey, you collect points for actions you complete: answer a question in the Community Hub, refer friends, add funds to your wallet… you get the point (no pun intended). Accumulating points allows you to progress from level to level. Good to know: When you change your plan, you don't lose your rewards. For example, the My Rewards upgrade for dollars off the price of your plan, or the one for free mobile data every month will continue to apply to your new plan.
