I’ve unsubscribed. I want to return my Wi-Fi modem, but it’s lost or broken.
Due to the Canada Post strike, please ignore the return instructions you receive in your Fizz account and follow these special instructions instead. Please let us know if there’s a problem with returning your Wi-Fi modem. To contact Customer Service, simply click on the chat bubble in the bottom right corner of this page. You can access the bubble chat within our business hours. If you return a modem that is in poor condition, or if we receive a box that does not contain your modem, you will be charged a $225 (plus applicable taxes) modem replacement fee and/or $60 for delivery by a technician. How do I make a conference call?
Conference calls enable you to talk with several people at the same time, regardless of where they are. Up to six people can participate in a conference call, including the initial caller (up to five simultaneous callers, plus the person who initiated the call). This feature enables you to set up a call that several people can participate in. To launch a conference call: Call the first conference call participant and tell them to be patient. Using your Phone application, tap the Add (or Add call or the + symbol) and dial the number of the next person who is joining the call. Once you are connected to the third person, tap the Conference button. If other people are joining the call, repeat steps 2 and 3. Note: Steps to follow to make a conference call can very from one phone model to another. It is possible that this option will not function on a network other than Fizz.

Please visit The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) to be aware of GST/HST requirements that apply as an Indian, an Indian band, and band-empowered entity under the Indian Act. We recognize that many Indigenous peoples in Canada prefer not to describe themselves as Indians. However, the term Indian is used because it has a legal meaning in the Indian Act. Find out if you have to pay the GST/HST In general, Indigenous peoples in Canada are required to pay taxes on the same basis as other people in Canada, except where the limited exemption under Section 87 of the Indian Act applies. If you selected a new phone number... Your plan will be active in a matter of minutes. Be patient. We’ll send you a text when everything is ready to go. If you transfered your number from another provider... Your plan will be activated within 2 hours. How do I personalize my PIN?
Your 4-digit PIN (Personal Identification Number) protects you from unauthorized access to your SIM card. However, your SIM card PIN code is not activated by default. To activate a PIN code on your SIM card, enter the default code 1234 — it will allow you to edit this code and customize it. This PIN code is written on the card that accompanies your new SIM card. The default PIN code is 1234 Once your SIM card has been activated with a personalized PIN code, you will need to enter your PIN every time you turn on your phone. Without this your SIM card will not work and you will be unable to access the Fizz network. IMPORTANT! If you type 3 incorrect PIN codes in a row, your SIM card will be blocked. To avoid this situation, we advise you to personalize your PIN using a number you will remember. How to unblock your SIM with a PUK code How to personalize the PIN on most phones: Go to the Settings menu. Choose Security. Choose Modify your PIN. How does the Phone discount on a plan work?
Selected phones at Fizz.ca are identified with a purple stamp showing a percentage discount on your plan. By purchasing one of these phones, this discount will be applied to your mobile plan every month for 24 months. The Phone discount in detail Let’s illustrate with an example. You buy a phone identified with a 24-month 15% discount for your plan. You pay for your phone as usual, paying it upfront or spreading its cost with Affirm. You pair your phone with your mobile plan regularly priced at say $20/month. Your plan comes out then to $17/month ($20 – 15% Phone discount) for 24 months. After the 24-month period, your Phone discount ends and your plan goes back to its regular price of $20/month. No commitment and no minimum plan. Your Phone discount applies to your mobile plan, regardless of its value. And as always with Fizz, there’s no long-term commitment. How do I subscribe to the T911 service?
The T911 service enables people who are living with an auditory or speech disability to communicate with the 911 emergency service using text messaging. Activate the T911 service in > My plans > Manage > Advanced parameters. If you have more than one plan on your account, the T911 service must be activated for each relevant plan. To use the T911 service you must: Have an active Fizz mobile account Have a phone compatible with the T911 service Activate the service in > My plans > Manage > Advanced parameters Reside where the T911 service is available It can take up to 5 business days to process your request for T911 service. If accepted, you will receive a text message confirming the activation of the service. If you have not received a text message after 5 working days, please notify us by chat or by using the Proof of disability form. Although the T911 service is currently available in only a limited number of regions in Canada, you can still sign up for it.
