Good to know: You can always see the list of available channels in the Guide of your Fizz TV app. Basic TV All plans include basic TV with several general-interest channels. You can even choose to only subscribe to Basic TV. The channels offered may vary. The smallest plan includes 5 channels. You can add one channel to get the 6-channel plan, one more to get the 7-channel plan and so on, all the way up to 10. Afterwards, you may add in increments of 5 channels to end up with the 15-channel or the 20-channel plan. I’m moving. How do I change my address for my Home Internet service?
Moving your Home Internet plan is done directly from your account. Submit your request under My plans > Manage plan > Moving my service. Word of the wise, don’t forget to pack your Fizz Wi-Fi modem and bring it with you on your moving day! No need to activate it at your new address; everything will be done automatically thanks to your moving order. Need to change your Home Internet plan? No worries, but plan to do so before or after your move. You cannot modify your Home Internet plan during your move. Date coordination Chances are the date you choose to deactivate your Home Internet service at your current address will differ from the installation date you select for your new digs. If that’s your case, no worries. Your plan will be simply put on pause, and you won't incur any fees during that time. Your payment cycle will shift and begin upon activation at your new address. You don't need to do anything; this activation will be done automatically. If a technician’s visit is required, the time needed to get an appointment varies based on demand. So, make sure to plan ahead during the moving season in June and July. A plan (or the service) is not available As you fill out your move request for your Home Internet plan, we’ll obviously ask you to enter your new address. One of three things can happen: > All is fine. This is great, but chances are this is not your case if you’re reading this section of our FAQ. > The download speed you have now is not available at your new address. Perhaps you are moving from an area with high bandwidth to one with lower bandwidth, which impacts the download speeds available to you. Choose a new

Do I have to sign a contract to be a Fizz customer?
At Fizz, there are no fixed-term contracts. Once you activate your plan, we do provide you with a Services agreement. Every time you change your plan (and you can change it anytime), you will get a new Services agreement. This ensures that the terms of your service are clearly defined and easy for you to review. My Wi-Fi network is not working. It’s slow or it cuts. What do I do?
Issues with your Internet? Download our Fizz Wi-Fi app from the App Store or Google Play. Select Network Analysis in the tool section of the app to diagnose and fix issues with your Wi-Fi network. Click here. If your speed is below 1 Mbps, your modem is likely in courtesy mode before activation. In this case, complete the activation by following the steps below. Activate your modem If your Home Internet plan is brand-new and you received your modem by mail, login to your account at Fizz.ca and activate your modem to enjoy the speed associated with your plan. How to activate my modem If a technician came by to install your modem, then no need for you to activate your modem. The technician did it for you. Restart your Wi-Fi modem 1. Unplug the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem. 2. Make sure all the lights on the modem are off once you have unplugged it. 3. Wait ten (10) seconds. 4. Plug your modem back into the electrical outlet. Expect a three (3) minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network Recommendation: It is more effective to restart your Wi-Fi modem by unplugging its power cable instead of pressing its
