How do I view my usage?
Login to your account any time to see how much data, minutes and text messages you have used during the current payment cycle for any plans that are on your account. View your current data usage and remaining data in your plan : Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Scroll to see a usage summary for each Plan associated with your Account. Click on ' Usage' to see more informations To consult your complete usage history included in your monthly plan (Data, Calls, Text): Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Into 'Manage Plan' menu Click on ' Data usage report' You can view your usage of minutes, texts and data. To consult your usage history over your monthly plan (all Pay As You Go usage): I want to know when my usage will switch to Pay As You Go. How do I know when my plan is running out? How can I use my own Wi-Fi router with Fizz?
Disable the Wi-Fi feature of the Fizz Wi-Fi modem In bridge mode, the two (2) Wi-Fi radios built into your Fizz Wi-Fi modem will be deactivated, thus disabling its Wi-Fi capabilities. Open an Internet browser and enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar. Identify yourself using the following login information: Username: cusadmin Password: **enter your Wi-Fi password** Select Basic Select Gateway Disable the option ''Residential Gateway function'' Click Ok Install your personal Wi-Fi router Connect your personal router as indicated in its user guide. Plug the network cable (RJ45) into one of the four (4) numbered ports of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. If there's any issue with the connection, restart both devices (the Fizz Wi-Fi modem and your personal router). If you want to re-enable the Wi-Fi capability of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem, you'll need to reset it to its factory settings. Using a small, sharp object, press the modem’s reset button for 10 seconds. • CODA-4680 model: the reset button is located behind the Wi-Fi modem. • CODA-5610Q model: the reset button is located under the Wi-Fi modem. If needed, restart both your modem and personal router This quick video will guide you through each step. But in a nutshell: Unplug the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem. Make sure all the lights on the modem turn off. Wait ten (10) seconds. Plug your modem back into the electrical outlet. Expect a three (3) minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network. Note: If you are also using a personal router, you'll need to restart it as well. Recommendation: It is more effective to restart your Wi-Fi modem by unplugging its power cable instead of pressing its power button.

How to close a deceased customer’s account
To close an account following the death of a Fizz member contact our Customer Service team: simply click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner. The deceased customer’s account will be closed at the end of the current payment cycle, unless there has been a specific request to do otherwise.

How can I get a SIM card?
Good to know: if your phone is compatible with eSIMS, our eSIM is free, and you can order, install and activate it all in one shot. If your Fizz SIM card needs to be changed due to the removal of 3G for a VoLTE-compatible card, it will be free. See the steps for an eSIM here. If your phone is not compatible with eSIMs or if you prefer having a physical SIM card, it’s all good as well. The SIM card (subscriber identification module) will connect your phone to the Fizz mobile network so you can use the mobile plan you create. Keep in mind, however, that Fizz does not offer business services: SIM card (their order and their use) are limited to a residential use. Order online Just like anything else these days, a Fizz SIM card can be delivered right to your door. You even get to keep your slippers on. New to Fizz? Go to fizz.ca and create your mobile plan. Referral program: how can I invite, and get invited?
Once you’re a member, we’ll assign you your very own unique referral code. You’ll then be able to earn additional referral bonuses by inviting friends to use your referral code to join Fizz. You therefore have the opportunity to get a referral bonus by getting invited to Fizz, but also afterwards by inviting friends to join. You must have an active Fizz plan to invite friends and receive referral bonuses. The usual amount for the referral bonus is $25 for both the Fizz member and the person they invite, but this amount can vary based on the activation date. More specifically: for a mobile plan, the date at which the person who was invited activates their SIM card. for a Home Internet plan, the date at which the person who was invited subscribed and chose their installation appointment. Learn more on how referral bonuses work, and are allocated. Getting invited Any one person can only be invited once, and thus use a referral code when they subscribe to their first Fizz service. For example, if a person subscribes to the Fizz mobile service without using a referral code, one cannot be applied retroactively. This same person cannot use a referral code if they activate a Home Internet plan since that plan will now be their second Fizz plan. Don’t know anyone at Fizz?
