Throughout your Fizz journey, we salute your actions (big and small) with points and badges, such as when you invite your first friend to join Fizz or help someone on the Community Hub. As you accumulate points and badges, you move up through the levels of the program. Doesn’t get any easier than that.

Each My Rewards level you reach opens the door to upgrades that just keep getting better and better. Once activated on your plan, an upgrade is recurrent (as in, you enjoy it E V E R Y month). And that’s just for starters. We’ll even throw in one-time perks once in a while, just to say thanks for being here …

The higher the level you’re at, the more rewards you get to choose from to add value to your monthly plan. Level 1 already
spoils you big time on Day 1 with both a mobile and an Internet upgrade, plus a mobile perk.
How it works:
Each new level you reach in My Rewards translates into new possibilities.
- You are the master of your rewards: via your Fizz account, you get to choose which upgrades you want for your plan, and you can even change your mind each month.
- Over time, you’ll be able to combine up to three (3) upgrades to apply to your plan month after month, so you get even more value for your money.
- You choose: Will it be free mobile data, dollar rebates on the price of your plan, all of the above? Now that’s quite the dilemma 😊
