Sources of interference include: Nearby Wi-Fi networks Surveillance cameras Baby monitors Microwave ovens Etc. Obstacles to Wi-Fi waves include: Construction materials (concrete, aluminum, etc.) Heated flooring Mirrors Windows Etc. Recommendation: If you are unable to change your environment to limit sources of Wi-Fi signal attenuation, it would be better to use a network cable (RJ45). A cable is included in the original box of your Fizz Wi-Fi modem. Restart your Wi-Fi modem Unplug the power cable on your Wi-Fi modem. Make sure all the lights on the modem are off once you have unplugged it. Wait ten (10) seconds. Plug your modem back into the electrical outlet. Expect a three (3) minute delay to allow your devices to reconnect to the Wi-Fi network. Recommendation: It is more effective to restart your Wi-Fi modem by unplugging its power cable instead of pressing its power button. Test each of the two (2) frequency bands of your Wi-Fi modem

How do I view my usage?
Login to your account any time to see how much data, minutes and text messages you have used during the current payment cycle for any plans that are on your account. View your current data usage and remaining data in your plan : Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Scroll to see a usage summary for each Plan associated with your Account. Click on ' Usage' to see more informations To consult your complete usage history included in your monthly plan (Data, Calls, Text): You’d like to access your call history, but it’s not displayed in your Fizz account. This request may be related to: providing proof to your insurance company (auto, home, personal); a request from your employer; a legal inquiry (investigation, court case, lawyer request); a request to access your personal information. This includes data, calls, and texts. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Into 'Manage Plan' menu Click on ' Data usage report' You can view your usage of minutes, texts and data. What is the 15-day return policy for a phone bought with Fizz?
To return your phone under the 15-day return policy, you must submit your request online within 15 days of the date on which you received your phone . Once that delay has expired, the 15-day return policy will be expired, and you will no longer be able to return your phone for a refund. To return your phone under the 15-day return policy, your mobile data usage must not have exceeded 50% of the data included in the mobile plan associated with that phone. Note: members with an approved disability attestation have a 30-day trial. There is a limit of one (1) 15-day return per account per year. Specific conditions There are several conditions and important information you must know and accept before returning your phone, including the presence of an administrative fee if your return request is denied. See all the conditions The following additional conditions are specific to the 15-day return policy: You must send back your phone with all its accessories, including the charger and the original box. The phone must be like new. It wasn’t dropped. There is no scratch or any physical damage to the case, screen, buttons or connectors, camera lens and/or flash. What’s RCS messaging for Android phones?
Please note that the RCS messaging between iOS and Android users is not available at Fizz for the moment. What’s RCS? RCS stands for Rich Communication Services, a standard international protocol used in the telecommunications industry to improve SMS/MMS messaging on Android phones. Inspired by popular instant messaging apps, RCS works through the native messaging app on your phone. It’s easy to use and provides a rich multimedia experience using many chat features that weren’t available with traditional text messaging. Available features Private and group conversations Delivery and read receipts File sharing, high-resolution pictures and videos Audio and video message sharing Location sharing Chat features are only available through the internet (mobile data or Wi-Fi). Make sure you have a data plan or a Wi-Fi connection to avoid additional fees.
