How do I change the language of the Fizz website?
You can switch the Fizz website from French to English using the FR (Français) / EN (English) button on the bottom of the page. If you're using your smartphone, the language button is in the top left menu. By default, you will see the Fizz website in the same language as your browser. To change the language of your notifications, texts and emails, adjust your account settings in My Account > My Profile. Think of the Forum as a small town or city, where members come to interact, help one another and contribute to making a vibrant, safe and enriching space for all its members. Things to know: Community boards: Discussions where you can search, post and answer questions Threads: Replies that stem from the original post Kudos Click on the Thumbs up Icon to show your appreciation for a topic or answer Community categories: Grouped content related to the category title — when you post a question, make sure you post it to the right category Community moderators: Fizz employees who make sure the community remains a safe place for all our members — at times moderators will also help by answering questions you may have about Fizz products or services OP = Original Poster, the member who started a new topic, thread or question Accepted solutions: Posts that have helped or answered the OP’s question Follow: Follow and receive all/new notifications on a topic Community guidelines: Rules of engagement for the Fizz Community Hub Note: Guests (unregistered visitors) can browse or search the Forum for information. Do I have to sign a contract to be a Fizz customer?
The concept of a mobile contract does not exist at Fizz. However, we do provide you with a Services agreement when you activate your plan. Every time you change your plan (and you can change it anytime), you will get a new Services agreement. This ensures that the terms of your service are clearly defined and easy for you to review. How do I post a question on the Fizz Forum?
Our Forum is the place to give and get help on all things related to your Fizz products and services. The best thing about giving and helping is that it contributes to the Fizz community. And the second best thing? When you contribute, you earn perks in the Fizz My Rewards program. Learn about My Rewards Things to remember about participating in the Fizz Forum: You can view or browse the Fizz Forum anytime without having a Fizz account. To post a question or answer in the Forum you need to create a Fizz account Learn how to subscribe to Fizz To have the best possible experience in the Forum, learn the rules Read our Community User Guidelines How to post a question Log into your Fizz Account . In the top navigation, click on Help and select Forum. Enter your question in the search tool. It’s possible a community member has already answered it. If you searched and didn’t find an answer, go to the Forum homepage and click on Ask your question This will open a new page where you can create a new topic to post. While creating your new post/or topic you will be asked to: Add a subject line that describes your question Choose the best category for your question Choose the best tag for your question (Tags are keywords that relate to your post. They help members find answers to similar questions.) The next step is to validate similar questions other members might have asked (Someone might have already asked a similar question and received a response that can help you) No similar questions?
