Place it into the tray of your new phone.* Restart your phone. Your phone will authenticate to the Fizz mobile network, and work with your existing mobile plan. Remember, the content from your old phone will not be imported with the SIM card swap. This includes your contacts, your Google or Apple ID account, old text messages, and the various apps you downloaded over time. Your Fizz SIM card is too small for your new phone? Use the support it came in to adjust its size to a larger one. If you don’t have that plastic support anymore, you’ll have to order a new SIM card . What can I do if Fizz Home Internet is not available at my service address?
We’re sorry to say: Fizz Home Internet is not yet available everywhere. It’s currently available to many residential addresses in Quebec and in Clarence-Rockland (ON) region. In time, the service will become available to a growing number of postal codes. If you get the message "Sad news page. Fizz Home Internet is unfortunately not available at your address." and if you believe it is an error, you can contact us by clicking on the chat bubble, at the bottom right, so we can make further verifications.

How can I change the SIM associated with my mobile plan?
The SIM card (subscriber identification module) is a chip with information that identifies you and connects your phone to the Fizz mobile network. If you lose or break your SIM, your mobile plan will no longer work. And since your SIM is associated with your plan, it’s important to follow the right steps to replace it. Same goes if you lose your phone. You must change your SIM and associate a new one with your mobile plan. Important: Once your new SIM is activated, the old one that is currently associated with your plan will be automatically deactivated. If you are looking to activate a SIM card for a new plan, and not an existing plan that is already active in your account, head this way > https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activate How to replace a Fizz SIM If your Fizz SIM card needs to be changed due to the removal of 3G for a VoLTE-compatible card, it will be free. 1) Sign in to your account The steps to follow automatically succeed one another in your Fizz account. Go under My plans > Manage plan > Change SIM card to start. From there, you can order a new SIM or go straight to the activation step if you already have one. How can I recover my Wi-Fi password?
With the Fizz Wi-Fi app and another device If you used the Fizz Wi-Fi app with another device, you’ll be able to share your password from that device. Take this other device, and open the Fizz Wi-Fi app. On top of the screen, click on Share Wi-Fi. From there, you’ll have several choices to share your Wi-Fi network. With your mobile If you have a mobile phone connected to your Wi-Fi network, follow these instructions : Make sure you're connected to your Wi-Fi Network. Open Settings Click on Connexion (or Wi-Fi on iOS) Click on Wi-Fi Click on the gear wheel icon located on the right of your network's name (or on the i on iOS) Click on the eye to unveil your Wi-Fi network password (or on Password on iOS) With a computer If you have a computer connected to your Wi-Fi network, follow these instructions Make sure you're connected to your Wi-Fi Network. Open the list of available Wi-Fi networks. Select Network and Internet Settings. Click on Network and Sharing Center. Select the Internet connection named as your Wi-Fi network. Select Wireless Properties. On the Security tab, click to show the characters. As a last resort If none of the above options work out for you, your last resort option is to restore your Wi-Fi modem to its factory settings.
