The request to close an account due to the death of a Fizz member must be completed and accompanied by proof of death, the contact information of the requester, and their relationship to the deceased Fizz member. Important information regarding the phone number Please note that it is not possible to transfer the phone number associated with the deceased member’s account to another Fizz account, whether new or existing. Phone numbers assigned to a Fizz account are permanently linked to that account and cannot be moved internally. The deceased customer’s account will be closed at the end of the current payment cycle, unless there has been a specific request to do otherwise.

From there, you can choose to block or pause access to some (or all) of them. You can also manage access to your Wi-Fi network by creating a Wi-Fi network for your guests, with its own schedule and password. If you can't remember it, you'll need to recover it. How to recover my Wi-Fi password To become the household’s Chief Wi-Fi Officer, you must first create your administrative password. Before you create your administrative password, manually disconnect all devices connected to the app to prevent them from retaining the administrative access. Open a web browser. Enter 192.168.0.1 in the address bar of the web browser. Log in using the following credentials: Username: cusadmin Password: (enter the password you chose for your Wi-Fi network when you initially configured your modem). Head into the following section: Administration > Manage Enter your Wi-Fi network password to confirm your identity. Then, choose and enter an administrative password that you’ll keep for yourself. Once these steps are completed, you’ll have: A password for your Wi-Fi network. This password hasn’t changed. An administrative password only you have and can now use with the app to access the configuration options of your network. Under the tab ‘My devices’, you’ll see all the devices connected to your network and you’ll be able to choose which ones

When you add a plan to your account, one of these plans may not be used by you — it may be used by your child, your spouse, etc. You will be able to manage aspects of this plan and will make all monthly payments, Add-Ons, etc. Decide if this person will have their own Fizz account. If they do, they WILL be able to: Participate in the Rewards Program: By having their own account, the My Rewards points that this person will receive will go into their account, and not yours. From that point on, that person will be able to manage their upgrades and perks themselves. You won’t have access to them anymore. Also important to know – if you’re at say level 4, the person you declare autonomous with their own account will start their My Rewards program at level 1. Manage their own preferences for Fizz communications Participate in the Fizz Community Hub Modify their plan* *You decide what this user can do by modifying their user permissions. In both cases the user you invite will need to have an unlocked phone. If this person will not have their own Fizz account, they WILL NOT be able to do any of the above. This may be ideal for a child or elderly relative. Add a user with an account How to add a user with their own Fizz account: Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Select the plan to which you want to add the user. Click on Manage and choose Add a user. Select: “Choose this option if the person WILL be able to…” Enter the user’s email address* and define your relationship to them. Configure this user’s permissions.
