Gift your unused mobile data to another Fizz member and make their day. 1 How it works: To gift your unused mobile data, decide how much you want to gift and choose a Fizz member to receive it. Gift your mobile data any time (per 500 MB block), as long as it’s before the end of your payment cycle. When your payment cycle ends, any unused mobile data will roll over to the next month. What are the details of the Fizz free trial?
With the free trial, you can test the Fizz mobile network for fifteen (15) days without providing a payment method or even transferring your number. You can subscribe any time during or after the free trial. And if Fizz isn’t for you, no worries. No hard feelings. Good to know: No payment method required. Available only in certain Canadian regions. eSIM only: a compatible phone is required. Acces to an Internet network required to subscribe for the free trial. How does the Fizz free trial work? The free trial lets you test our network without transferring your number. A temporary number will be assigned to you, and since the free trial works with an eSIM, your current provider’s number and plan will continue to operate. Your free trial starts as soon as you activate the Fizz trial plan and will automatically end on whichever of the following comes first: Fifteen (15) days have passed. The exact end date of your free trial is shown in your Fizz account. OR The data, minutes, and texts included in your free trial are used up. How do I add a plan to my account?
Adding a plan to your existing account Yes, Fizz allows you to add and manage multiple plans on your account. This is ideal if you want to pay for multiple plans for friends or family, or if you need two separate plans for yourself. How to add a plan to your account: Go to Overview in your Fizz account. Click on Add a plan. On the next screen, click on Order a new SIM card (if you don’t already have one). Order and pay for a SIM card. When your SIM card arrives, Go to Activate my SIM Card. How do I change my privacy settings inside the Fizz community?
Depending on your privacy settings inside the Fizz community, other members may (or may not) be able to search for you, add you as a contact, and gift you data. When a Fizz member searches for another member inside the community, they will see your first name and phone number. They will never see your full name, email address or other identifying information. How to change your Fizz privacy settings: Go to My Settings in your Fizz account. Scroll to Settings. Click on Privacy. Here you can select one of three privacy options: Full Fizz Experience: By default, other users can search for you, add you as a contact and send you gifts. Private: You can receive gifts from everyone. You cannot be searched or added as a contact. Incognito: You do not accept gifts and cannot be added as a contact. You are incognito and cannot be found via search.

How to order a Fizz SIM card Check that the SIM card is well inserted Your phone may give you an error message if your SIM card is not well inserted or if you didn’t insert the right format. Pop out the SIM card tray. Check whether your SIM card is inserted on the right side, and in the right angle. If needed, do an internet search to consult images and videos to guide you.
