How does the search functionality work?
Looking for an answer to your question(s)? The Forum search tool can be found in a few places: Top right navigation on the Fizz website: Search results will include information from the FAQs, Forum (Accepted solutions) and direct links to your Fizz account Forum search: Search results will include information from the Forum only and Accepted solutions Follow the steps below to get the best results: Use keywords related to your question i.e. Change my SIM card or APN settings When you’re typing in the search field, there will be automated suggestions that will appear - if you see a good suggestion in relation to your question, click on it, and we’ll direct you to either a Forum post or one of our topics in our FAQs. Note: Try to refrain from using long phrases and remember when using the search functionality to be as specific as possible - it’s key to a great search! What is a Rollover and how does it work?
Nobody likes losing something they’ve paid for. Which is exactly why we roll over your unused data at the end of each month. There’s nothing you need to do — your unused data is automatically rolled over to the next month at the end of each payment cycle. Rolled over data lasts for the two following payment cycles, even if you change your plan. It’s always used before your monthly data. So if you have rolled over data, you’ll use it up first and then move onto the data in your regular plan Please note that minutes are not transferable. Can I gift my unused data instead of having it roll over? Yes. You can gift any unused data when you’re near the end of your payment cycle. You can only gift data from your current payment cycle, and it must be gifted before your payment cycle ends (before your data rolls over). Learn about gifting data When to expect a Rollover When does my unused data roll over? Your unused data will roll over at the end of each payment cycle. To see when your payment cycle ends: Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Under each plan (if you have more than one), you will be able to see how much time is left in your current payment cycle. When does rolled over data expire How do I know when my rolled over data will expire? Each batch of rolled over data will expire after two (2) complete payment cycles, and this even if you change your plan. To see when a Rollover will expire: Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Think of the Forum as a small town or city, where members come to interact, help one another and contribute to making a vibrant, safe and enriching space for all its members. Things to know: Community boards: Discussions where you can search, post and answer questions Threads: Replies that stem from the original post Kudos Click on the Thumbs up Icon to show your appreciation for a topic or answer Community categories: Grouped content related to the category title — when you post a question, make sure you post it to the right category Community moderators: Fizz employees who make sure the community remains a safe place for all our members — at times moderators will also help by answering questions you may have about Fizz products or services OP = Original Poster, the member who started a new topic, thread or question Accepted solutions: Posts that have helped or answered the OP’s question Follow: Follow and receive all/new notifications on a topic Community guidelines: Rules of engagement for the Fizz Community Hub Note: Guests (unregistered visitors) can browse or search the Forum for information. How do I change my plan?
You can change your plan directly in your account on Fizz.ca. Changes will go live come your next payment cycle. Good to know: Keep in mind the freeze period during which your plan cannot be modified. This period begins 108 hours (4.5 days) before the end of your payment cycle. It ends on your plan’s renewal date. How can you know? Go in Your account > My plans. Look right under your monthly price and you will see the days remaining in your payment cycle. When unsubscribing from a plan, the freeze period does not apply. You can proceed at any time. To change your plan: Log in to your account on Fizz.ca and go under My plans > Manage plan > Change my plan. As you change your plan details with the online tool, you will see your new monthly fee in the box below. When you like what you see, save your changes. Important: Any change to your plan must be made in accordance with the plan change policy detailed on https://fizz.ca/en/plan-change-policy. Important: Any change made to your plan, such as adding or removing voicemail, will automatically apply the current price of the selected services at the time of the change. This means that even if you only adjust one item, your entire plan will be updated based on the current rates. Your new plan Your new plan will be live at the start of your next payment cycle .
