I ordered a SIM card. How long will it take to arrive?

Go to My profile in your account, and click on Order history, here you can see the status of all your Fizz orders. Go to See details of your order and click on the shipping number to track your delivery to see in the carrier website the details of your delivery
Your delivery time depends on which shipping option you selected when you ordered your SIM card. There are two shipping options, express and standard.
Express shipping: Under 3 hours
Available only in the Greater Montreal Area:
- Monday to Friday, for an order placed between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST (no delivery later than 9 p.m.)
- And Saturday, for an order placed from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. EST (no delivery later than 5 p.m.)
The express shipping option (3 hours) will only be offered in the order process when we know we’ll be able to commit to this delay.
Standard shipping: maximum 2 business days
- All orders placed from Monday to Thursday are delivered within the week on the next 2 business days (Tuesday to Friday)
- All orders placed from Friday to Sunday are delivered within the next week on the next 2 business days (Monday to Tuesday)
Our shipping partner is closed on statutory holidays. If your delivery time spans a statutory holiday, delivery will take an additional day.
