I ordered a SIM card. How long will it take to arrive?
Due to high shipment volumes, our delivery partners are unfortunately unable to guarantee the delivery of your SIM card within the expected delays.
Your delivery time depends on which shipping option you selected when you ordered your SIM card. There are two shipping options, express and standard.
Express shipping: Under 2 hours
Available only in the Greater Montreal Area:
- Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST (no delivery later than 9 p.m.)
- And Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. EST (no delivery later than 5 p.m.)
The express shipping option (2 hours) will only be offered in the order process when we know we’ll be able to commit to this delay.
Standard shipping: maximum 2 business days
- All orders placed from Monday to Thursday are delivered within the week on the next 2 business days (Wednesday to Friday)
- All orders placed from Friday to Sunday are delivered within the next week on the next 2 business days (Monday to Tuesday)
Our shipping partner is closed on statutory holidays. If your delivery time spans a statutory holiday, delivery will take an additional day.
