At Fizz, we do things differently. Not only do we offer our members innovative game changing advantages (just think data rollover), but our pricing policy is also one of a kind: our prices are fair for everyone every day.

 

What does “everyone pays a fair price every day” mean?

Simple.

1. With Fizz, you can change your plan anytime.

As a prepaid service provider, we don’t have fixed-term contracts that tie you or us to the price of a plan. In other words, we give you the opportunity to change your plan every month so you only pay for what you need (1). This way, as your needs evolve over months or even years, you’re not stuck with a plan that doesn’t fit. Fair, right?

2. With Fizz, there are no plan promotions.

We don’t give preferential treatment to new members, and you don’t need to ask for it either. Instead, we make sure everyone pays a fair price at any point in time.

3. With Fizz, the more you stay, the more you benefizz.

Isn’t it time you get rewarded for your loyalty? We surely think so. With our My Rewards program, you earn upgrades and perks that complement your plan month after month. Examples? You could save $1, $2, $3 or even more per month on the advertised price of your Home Internet plan. Or, enjoy 250, 500 or even 750 MB of free additional data for your mobile plan. It’s only fair that we make sure that the value you get for the money you spend with Fizz reflects, and increases, based on how long you’ve been with us.

 

Does that mean that the price of my plan can go up?

Just like the price of your plan can go down, sometimes the price could go up to align with fair market prices. But Fizz has your best interest at heart, so it’s important to remember the following:

1. You always have a choice.

Any price increase will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. This will give you plenty of time to check your usage, adjust your plan to your needs so you only pay for what you need, and make sure you are taking full advantage of your rewards. You’ll be able to compare, and decide whether you want to stay before any price change comes into effect for your plan.

2. Look at the overall picture.

We’ve been fair and transparent with you since our launch, and we plan on keeping it that way. You didn’t have to chase down any promotions, you don’t have to, and never will you have to.

3. Don’t forget about data rollover.

Data rollover is worth its weight in gold—you get to keep your unused mobile data at the end of the month. You paid for it, so it’s only fair you get to keep it (2). Say 2 GB of your data rolled over. Now’s the time to adjust your mobile plan to pay for less data … you can always readjust next month.  

4. You always paid, and will pay, only for what you need.

As a prepaid service provider, we don’t have fixed-term contracts that tie us to the price of a plan. This gives you amazing flexibility. Think of all the dollars you save over time by adjusting your plan month after month (and only paying for what you need) (1).

5. Your loyalty pays off.

Check your My Rewards level, and activate your upgrades. Activating a Home Internet upgrade such as dollars off the price of your monthly plan may offset any price increase. An upgrade for free mobile data each month may mean you can decrease the data you pay for in your mobile plan. Thanks to your rewards, you have the opportunity to boost the value of your plan every month.  

 

If prices change, do I have to contact Fizz?

What happens if the prices of mobile plans change before I activate my SIM card?

The price of your mobile plan will be the price shown at the time you activate your SIM card, and not when you order it.

 

Will I pay less if I subscribe to both mobile AND Home Internet services?

Yes, you will pay less for your Fizz services if you subscribe to both mobile and Internet services because your rewards will add up fast. That means more dollars off the monthly price of your Home Internet plan for instance, or more free mobile data each month. At Fizz, we do things differently, and while there are no promotions such as bundle savings, you do come out a winner if you subscribe to both mobile and Home Internet services.

 

Some Fizz members are paying less than the advertised prices. Why?

Launching bold and different Internet and mobile services, and choosing to do so using innovative technology, is not an easy task. There were technical challenges to deal with, and we had to make several adjustments. Folks who subscribed before October 17, 2019, have helped us a great deal identifying issues and refining Fizz. We’ve therefore extended the pricing privileges of these members to thank them for their patience and collaboration during those difficult times.

I subscribed to Fizz mobile services before October 17, 2019. What will happen to my mobile plan?

If you subscribed to Fizz mobile services before October 17, 2019, this means you joined us during our early days.

(1) Any change must be made 48 hours before the end of your payment cycle, and will come into effect come the next one.

(2) During a payment cycle, the unused data from your mobile plan can be used within the two months following the end of that cycle. This excludes Add-Ons, gifted data and bonuses included in the My Rewards program (without exception). You must have an active plan to use rolled-over data.
