How do I manage my Fizz account?
When you login to your account, you will see a summary of your status to date. The top navigation on this screen enables you to view and manage different aspects of your account.
In the top navigation, click on:
- Overview to see your usage for this payment cycle.
- My Settings to manage your referrals, linked accounts, contacts and settings.
- My Plans to adjust all plans on your account.
Your Account Number
Your account number can be found on the first page of your service agreement. This document was sent to you by email when you activated your plan. You can also find it through your Fizz account. Go to My Plans > Manage My Plan. The information will be displayed at the top of the page.
Your Fizz account number is not your phone number.
Your Fizz account number is a unique identifier assigned to your account when you sign up. It is used to manage your account and access your services. Unlike your phone number, which is used for calls and messages, your Fizz account number is essential for interactions with customer service and managing your account online.
