    Fizz Internet has rewards now?

I logged in this morning and noticed i have two 1$ rewards for Fizz Internet for Level 3. Does anyone else have the same thing? I have 3 internet lines(1x60, and 2x 120), and it appears that the rewards are only for the 120 meg service. Any info on this or official word on Fizz internet rewards?

So with no phone support, what happens when your Internet is down?

I understand why there's no phone support, it allows cheaper prices, but if your Internet is down, how can you reach this community hub? Not everyone has mobile Internet and if they do, why should they sacrifice their limited monthly download consumption for something that probably has nothing to do with them? I don't think Videotron has thought this through carefully.

    Home Internet reactivation delay

I had a problem with my credit card and my last payment was not received, therefore, my home internet was deactivated. I just added a new card, made the payment, received confirmation from fizz in one email saying that the payment was received and a second one confirming my internet reactivation. I still have no internet. Should I do something else.? What is the normal delay in these cases?
