I added internet with fizz but it is not showing the internet subscription on my account, only mobile, is this normal?

I've been with fizz mobile for a few months now and recently decided to subscribe to their internet service. I went through each step and even entered my payment info, i received an email that setup at my apartment was the last step and then 1 week later received two separate emails to complete my subscription. My card has already been charged even, I don't want to "re subscribe" since ive already paid but the internet isnt showing on my account so im worried something still needs to be done. Anyone else have this problem?

Is there a way to check Fizz Internet status when internet get's slow?

Hi, I would like to know if it is possible to see the status of Fizz Internet when our internet is slow? When I look at speedtest.net everything looks fine, but when I browse the web (no matter what device, and for both connected by cable and by Wi-Fi) my internet is slow from time to time. As it is not normal, I would like to know if on the side of Fizz everything is correct too. Thank you
