How do I use pay as you go?

To use pay as you go for texts, calls or international calls when inside your coverage area:

1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2. If you have more than one plan, scroll to the plan you wish to modify.
3. Click the Manage button.
4. This will open the Manage interface. Click on Wallet.
5. Remember: Pay As You Go works only if there are funds in your Wallet! If your balance is empty or low, click on Add money to your wallet

    

To use pay as you go for data, calls, text and international calls for roaming outside your coverage zone:

1. Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
2. If you have more than one plan, scroll to the plan you wish to modify.
3. Click the Manage button.
4. This will open the Manage interface. Click on Travel.
5. Enter the name of the main country you will be travelling to (If you’re visiting more than one country, tell us where you will be spending the most time.)
6. On the next screen, select Pay As You Go.
7. You will see different Pay As You Go rates for your Zone.
8. Click Add Money to My Wallet (if you need to add funds to your Wallet). This will take you into the Pay As You Go interface to add more funds to your Wallet.

Overseas (outside Canada or the United States)

To find the rates by country, please refer to the welcome email you receive when you are abroad.

Pay‑per‑use data or text messages

1. In your Fizz account, go to My Plans.
2. If you have more than one plan, select the one you want to modify.
3. Click Manage my plan.
4. The Manage screen will open. Click Travel add‑on.
5. Enter the name of the main country of your trip (if you are visiting more than one country, enter the one where you will spend the most time).
6. On the next screen, select Pay per use.
7. You will then see the pay‑per‑use rates for the selected zone.
8. Click Add funds to my wallet (if needed). You will be redirected to the Pay per use screen, where you can add the required funds to your Fizz wallet.
