Login to your account any time to see how much data, minutes and text messages you have used during the current payment cycle for any plans that are on your account. View your current data usage and remaining data in your plan Go to My Plans in your Fizz account. Scroll to see a usage summary for each Plan associated with your Account. Click on ' Usage' to see more informations Good to know: For Home Internet, there’s no usage meter—all our Home Internet plans include unlimited data (pricing varies based on the speed selected). To consult your complete usage history included in your monthly plan (Data, Calls, Text) If you want to view the history of your calls, texts, or data usage, you can access your detailed usage report. Here’s how to get there: Log in to your Fizz account. Go to My plans. Select the plan you want and click Manage my plan. In the menu, choose Usage – Usage reports. You’ll be able to see: Your call minutes used (incoming and outgoing) Your texts sent and received Your mobile data usage And for each item, you’ll find details such as: The date The time The duration And for outgoing communications, the number that was called or texted Incoming calls and texts: In accordance with privacy laws, Fizz cannot disclose the phone number or name of the person who contacted you. You’d like to access your call history, but it’s not displayed in your Fizz account It’s completely normal if you can’t see usage details older than six months, only the last six months of reports are kept in your Fizz account.
