If you live in one of these areas, you can subscribe to Fizz mobile services. The majority of your usage must be within your subscription zone, regardless of the coverage chosen for your plan.
Good to know: If your address falls in a subscription area identified as extended on the map), you’ll be using a partner network, but you won't be roaming.

Thanks to partner networks, Fizz mobile services can be used everywhere in the coverage area, based of course on the coverage option you selected for your plan.
Important: The majority of your usage must be done within your subscription area.

How long must I keep my mobile plan?
That’s up to you. There are no end dates at Fizz, meaning you can keep your plan for as long as you want. Or, you can change it whenever you want. 1 That’s the beauty of having no fixed-term contract.
Is there an activation fee?
No. At Fizz, whether you buy a new phone or bring your own, or if you get an eSIM or a physical SIM card, there is no activation fee to activate your SIM.
Can I use any mobile phone with Fizz?
Your phone must be compatible with Fizz, as well as VoLTE certified on the Fizz network. You also need a SIM. We have physical SIM cards and eSIMs. The eSIM is free and can be ordered and activated on the same day.
