How does my voicemail work?

 

  • If it is not listened to, a new voice message will be kept for 21 days (calculated from the date it was received).
     
  • Once listened, a voice message is automatically deleted after 10 days.
     
  • A saved message will be available for 10 days (calculated from the moment it is saved).
  1. To listen to a message

     

    Press and hold the '' 1 '' key on your phone's keypad or dial our server number: 1-514-647-0999.

    Once you authenticated yourself, press '' 1 '' to listen to a message.

    Please note that when you receive a voice message, the system will send you a text stating the number of origin, as well as the date and time you received it.

     

    Just before you start listening to a message, the system will tell you its origin number, as well as the date and time you received it. To skip this information, press the '' 1 '' key. 

  1. While listening to a message

     

    1. Fast play (+10 seconds): Press 3
       
    2. Rewind (-10 seconds): Press 1
       
    3. Going to the end of the message: Press 3-3 (so the key 3, pressed twice)
       
    4. Returning to the beginning of the message: Press 1-1 (so the key 1, pressed twice)

  1. To delete a message

    Once a message has been heard, press '' 7 '' to delete it.

    If you'd like to delete the message without listening to all of it, press '' 7-7 ''.

  1. To save a message

     

    Once a message has been heard, press '' 9 '' to save it.

    Unheard messages remain available for 21 days.

    Once you save a message, it'll remain in your voicemail for 10 days.

  1. To change your access code (PIN)

    Modifiy your access code (PIN) to access your voicemail online, directly from your Fizz account.

    (Under: My plans > Manage my plan > Advanced parameters > PIN to access my voicemail)

    IMPORTANT: Unsafe sequences will be refused (for example : 1234, 8888, etc.).
