    My phone was stolen I got a new SimCard but I think I activated wrong can I fix it?

    My phone was stolen, I got a new SimCard, I follow the steps to activate it, but then I notice that I should do a different way to replace. And when I enter the code says that was already activated. How can I fix it? I wanna keep my number.

    Why is my phone not activated yet? How do I cancel?

    I activated my sims yesterday and my numbers have not been activated. I can see my plans on the account 'activating pending' with $0...but I went through the payment. I also had trouble with picking a new number that has the area code of my location. They also do not let me delete my payment method saying it was associated with an active plan...but I can't even use the service. I tried to contact Fizz on FB but they did not help.

    Error when trying to activate US roaming for a travel add-on?

    Hi, I bought a $10/500MB data travel add-on before leaving for the US but I can't use mobile data despite turning everything on in my phone's settings. I read that I need to activate roaming in my Fizz account under "Advanced parameters" but when I try to go to the network settings, the page errors out before sending me the two notifications (see attachment). I've been trying for two days on different devices so I doubt it is a browser error. Is there a way to get mobile data? Thanks
