The coverage areas are approximate and actual coverage can vary. A variety of factors can influence cell phone reception. Certain services or functions can be either not offered or constrained. Subscription areas (main and extended)
If you live in one of these areas, you can subscribe to Fizz mobile services. The majority of your usage must be within your subscription zone, regardless of the coverage chosen for your plan.
Good to know: If your address falls in a subscription area identified as extended on the map), you’ll be using a partner network, but you won't be roaming.
Coverage area
Thanks to partner networks, Fizz mobile services can be used everywhere in the coverage area, based of course on the coverage option you selected for your plan.
Important: The majority of your usage must be done within your subscription area.

Fizz's mobile services are currently available in several Canadian provinces, including Quebec, Ontario, Manitoba, Alberta and British Columbia.
Does Fizz offer 5G and 5G+?
Yes, Fizz’s mobile network offers 5G coverage in several urban areas across Canada but not 5G+ at the moment.
Can I test the Fizz mobile network before switching provider?
Yes, you can test the Fizz network, including our 5G coverage where available, with our 15-day free trial. You'll get a free eSIM, 3 GB of data, 100 texts and 100 minutes to try Fizz's mobile services without cancelling your current provider or transferring your number.
I ordered my SIM card online, how long until I receive it?
Standard shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days.
Can I use any mobile phone with Fizz?
Your phone must be compatible with Fizz, as well as VoLTE certified on the Fizz network.
