I received a promo code from Fizz for a BIXI subscription. How do I use it?
Go to the BIXI website or its mobile app and sign in (or create your account). Then, Subscription > Join BIXI > Show subscriptions. Make your selection, add your promo code and finalize your purchase. Your subscription will be saved in your profile, just under your name.XX
Can I transfer my phone number to Fizz?
Yes, but remember to keep your mobile plan with the other provider active. Fizz will disconnect your old provider during the transfer process.XX
When will I receive my bonus?
When you celebrate your 2nd month, your bonus is unlocked in your account and applied the following month as a reduction on your monthly payment.
