I live in the Ottawa region. Can I subscribe to Fizz?
Yes. Ottawa is part of the Fizz subscription area and was included in the Quebec coverage.
Which coverage option should I take for the Ottawa region?
All depends on your calling habits. If your calls within Ontario are mainly in the Ottawa region, you can choose the Quebec coverage. However, if you want to contact the rest of Ontario, you’d be better with the Canada coverage.
Can I make calls to the rest of Canada?
Yes, but you’ll have to choose the Canada coverage. If your calls outside Ottawa are few and far between, a Travel Add-on to call anywhere in Canada, including anywhere in Ontario, could also be a good option.
Can I transfer my number over to Fizz?
Of course. Make sure your line with your current provider is still active when you subscribe to Fizz. We’ll take care of disconnecting it once everything is set.
