How to enable and disable your Fizz Community Hub private messages?

Private messaging can be a useful feature if you’re trying to help or communicate with a friend in the Fizz Community. Private messages are enabled by default when you log into the Fizz Community.


To disable private messages in the Fizz Community:

  1. Log into your Fizz Account.
  2. In the top navigation, click on Support and select Community.
  3. Click on your username.
  4. Click on Edit profile.
  5. Uncheck Private message system.
  6. Click Save.


To enable private messaging, follow the steps above. In step 4, check the box next to Private message system and click Save.
