Why do I need an appointment if I’m choosing Self-installation?
You must plan an appointment so a technician can deliver your Fizz Wi-Fi modem and make sure the cable connection is working properly at your address.6
I’m not very techie. Is installing the modem complicated?
Not at all. A few clear and detailed steps included with the modem will guide you so you can install it and configure your network yourself.
How can I know which speed will suit me best?
Click on the “Help me choose” link in our plan wizard on the right. And remember that with Fizz, you can change your plan every month. So if the speed doesn't fit your needs, log into your Fizz account and change it for the following month.5
