How can I become a BETA tester?
Any Fizz Internet member in an eligible region who activates a TV plan during the test period automatically becomes a BETA tester.2 Read up on all the details, including the BETA price privilege, right here.
Which Home Internet plan do I need to add a TV plan to my account?
You can choose any Fizz Home Internet plan but the minimum recommended is 30 Mbps. The speed you choose for your Home Internet plan will have an impact on the rendering of your TV service.
How long does it take to activate a TV plan?
To subscribe to Fizz TV services, sign in to your account at Fizz.ca > My plans > Add a TV plan. The on-screen steps are easy to follow and once you are done subscribing, your TV plan is live instantly. You must at that point download the Fizz TV app on your devices and connect them to your plan.1
Can I watch my content on my TV?
Yes, there are two ways to do so. You can download the Fizz TV app directly on your smart TV if it’s compatible. You can also use the app on your mobile device and cast your content to your smart TV.4
