Prices and conditions
The indicated fee corresponds to your monthly payment. It will be automatically charged to your credit card every month, 24 hours prior to the monthly anniversary of your service activation date.

Coverage
The coverage you choose determines the geographical location where you can use the Fizz mobile service. However, you must not use this service primarily on a Fizz partner service provider mobile network. See the Fizz coverage map to learn more.

Taxes and conditions
Applicable taxes are extra (including $0.46 municipal tax for 911 emergency service in Quebec).

(1) During a payment cycle, the unused data from your mobile plan can be used within the two months following the end of that cycle. This excludes Add-Ons, gifted data and bonuses included in the My Rewards program (without exception). You must have an active plan to use rolled-over data.

(2) This limited-time offer applies to active Fizz members who refer a new member. The new member must activate their mobile or Home Internet plan between November 1st, 2022, and January 10, 2023, inclusively, for both this member and the active member who referred them to be eligible to the $50 referral bonus. The referral bonus for the active member and the one for the new member will be automatically applied towards the monthly payment of their respective plan if both members have an active plan when the new member has accumulated two months of service. The amount of the referral bonus is non-refundable, and is subject to change without notice.

(3) The Terms and Conditions of the My Rewards program apply.

(4) Only active numbers can be transferred to Fizz. There is a possibility that your phone number cannot be transferred to Fizz.

(5) A data plan is required. Speed is established according to the theoretical maximum download speed and varies based on location. LTE technology is available in some regions and through some vendors only.
