"Fizz Black Friday Contest"
ENTRY RULES
1. The Fizz Black Friday Contest (the “Contest”) is organized by Fizz, a brand of Videotron Ltd. (hereinafter the “Organizer”). The Contest begins on November 3, 2025, at 12:00 p.m. (EST) and ends on December 7, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (EST) (hereinafter: the “Contest Period” or ‘Period’). Any reference in these rules (hereinafter the “Rules”) to time refers to Eastern Standard Time (EST).
ELIGIBILITY
2. The Contest is open to all Fizz customers residing in Canada. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of the Organizers, their affiliates, related companies, divisions, and subsidiaries, their advertising and promotional agencies, participating partners and merchants, suppliers of Contest prizes, materials, and services, as well as any other parties involved in the Contest, members of their immediate families (brothers, sisters, children, father, mother, spouse) and all persons with whom the aforementioned persons cohabit.
HOW TO ENTER
3. To be eligible to win, you must:
3.1 Be a Fizz member and have an active mobile or Internet plan as of December 7, 2025. You will be automatically entered into the Contest if you are an active Fizz member as of December 7, 2025.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Each participant may only enter the Contest once. You can also enter the Contest by sending an email to [email protected], specifying the name of the Contest and submitting a text of approximately 100 words describing why you want to become a Fizz member. A valid entry completed in accordance with the above and in accordance with the Rules constitutes an entry in the Contest (hereinafter: an “Entry”).
DRAW
4. The winner(s) of the Contest will be selected at random from all Entries registered in accordance with the Rules by means of a random draw on the Draw Date at the Draw Location. If the Contest includes multiple Prizes, the Prizes will be awarded starting with the Prize of the highest value and ending with the Prize of the lowest value. The random draws will take place at the Organizer's offices, located at 612 Saint-Jacques Street West, in order to award the Prize(s) (as defined below) to the 1,005 winners selected at random from among all Entries registered in accordance with the Contest Rules. More specifically, the draws will be held on the following date and time:
- December 10, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. EST
5. Limit of one Prize (phone, or month of free mobile or Internet service) per person through the participant's Fizz account for the entire duration of the Contest.
6. The odds of an Entry Form being selected at random depend on the number of Entry Forms registered in accordance with the provisions of these Contest Rules.
PRIZES
7. The following prizes are offered as part of the Contest:
- Grand prizes. Five (5) grand prizes will be awarded, consisting of five (5) Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 phones, valued at $1,810 each.
- Secondary prizes. One thousand (1,000) secondary prizes will also be awarded in the form of 1,000 months of free Fizz mobile or Internet service, depending on the most expensive service available in the member's account, deposited directly into the Fizz accounts of the 1,000 winning members. Members who receive the gift of one month of free Fizz mobile or Internet service will be able to customize their plan according to their needs or apply it to their current plan, up to a value of $100 per month, for a period of one (1) month. Secondary prizes allow winners to purchase mobile or Internet services according to the terms and conditions set out herein and in Fizz's standard service contract and allow the winner to select:

customizable options, chosen by the winner, including unlimited minutes, unlimited text messages, voicemail, mobile coverage in Canada and the United States, and international calls;

the number of GB of mobile data chosen by the winner;

8. The following conditions apply to the Prizes:
- Grand prize. Each grand prize is non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Each grand prize must be accepted as is. In the event that part or all of the grand prize is delivered by mail, the Contest Organizer is not responsible for delivery delays, loss, or theft of the grand prize, including during and in connection with its delivery.
- Secondary prizes. Secondary prizes are non-exchangeable and non-transferable. Where applicable, all expenses and costs not provided for in these Rules are the responsibility of the winner. Secondary prizes must be accepted as is. If any portion of the secondary prizes is not used, in whole or in part, no compensation will be given and the unused portion will become void. If the value of the electronic discount coupon is not used in full by the winner according to the services and options selected by the winner during a given month, the unused portion of the electronic discount coupon will not be carried over to the following month and will become void. Secondary prizes do not include the purchase of a mobile device. The winner must use their own unlocked mobile device or purchase one at their own expense. Secondary prizes do not include Fizz TV service. At the request of the Contest Organizer, the winner must sign Fizz's standard service contract applicable to telephone or Internet services. The terms and conditions of this contract must be complied with. The winner must manually activate the electronic discount coupon to cover the value of the mobile plan they select. If the winner does not activate the monthly discount coupon, the regular pricing for Fizz services will apply and they will be billed accordingly.
Anything not specifically included as part of the prize is excluded, including, but not limited to, the following items, which are excluded from the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner: (a) international data; (b) a second phone line; and (c) a mobile device.
- If any portion of a Prize or the entire Prize is not used, no compensation will be granted; and
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-cashable, and non-exchangeable; and
- The Organizer will notify the Grand Prize Winner(s) by email regarding the receipt and acceptance of the Prize; and
- Winners will be notified by email. All details regarding the location and proceedings will be communicated in writing to the Winners upon confirmation of the Prize. In the event that a Winner cannot be reached by telephone within three (3) days of the draw to confirm acceptance of their Prize, for any reason whatsoever, the Prize will be awarded to another winner by means of a new draw. This process will be repeated twice for each Prize, after which the Prize may be canceled by the Organizer without further formalities or liability.
- In the event that the Prize includes a warranty, the Winner acknowledges that the sole and exclusive warranty applicable to the Prize is that of the manufacturer and/or retailer and/or producer of the Prize, as applicable; and
- All Prizes must be accepted as described in these Rules and as awarded and may not be transferred, substituted for another prize, or exchanged in whole or in part for cash. In the event that, for reasons unrelated to the Winner, the Organizer is unable to award the Prize (or a portion of the Prize) as described in these Rules, the Organizer reserves the right to award a Prize (or portion of the Prize) of the same nature and equivalent value or, at its sole discretion, the value of the Prize indicated in these Rules (or portion thereof) in cash.
- By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by all decisions of the Organizer, which are final and binding in all respects, subject to any jurisdiction of the courts of common law, if applicable, and you agree to comply with the following restrictions, failing which the Organizer reserves the right to cancel one or more Entries: (A) there is a limit of one Entry per person during the Contest Period, regardless of the method of Entry used; (B) a person may not use different methods of Entry, email addresses, accounts, registrations, contact details, or profiles to accumulate Entries; (C) It is prohibited to participate in the Contest using any type of duplication of Entries or in a manner that, in the Organizer's opinion, is unfair to other participants, contrary to the law or the Rules; (D) There is a maximum of one Prize per winner.
PRIZE CLAIM
10. To be declared a Winner, the participant whose Entry Form was selected in the draw must, in order to receive the Prize:
- Have answered, where applicable, the mandatory skill-testing question correctly, completed the Contest challenge, or submitted any required materials for the purposes of the Contest;
- Comply with the conditions of participation and eligibility set out in these Rules. Failure to do so will result in automatic disqualification, and another draw will be held to determine a new Winner; and
- Be contacted by the Organizer by email within three (3) days of the draw. It is the responsibility of each person to provide a valid email address where they can be contacted. In the event that the Organizer is unable to contact any person selected in one or more draws for any reason within three (3) days of the draw, the Organizer will conduct as many new draws as necessary from among the entries received in order to award the Prize; and
- Accept the terms and conditions relating to the Prize for which they have been selected; and complete and sign a declaration and liability waiver form (the “Form”) as provided by the Organizer, and return it duly completed and signed within two (2) days of receipt. If the signed Form is not returned within this period, the selected person cannot be declared the Winner and receive their Prize.
- The refusal of a randomly selected person to accept a Prize in accordance with these Rules releases the Contest Organizer from any obligation related to that Prize toward that person.
GENERAL CONDITIONS

All Winners release the Organizer and its affiliates, their advertising or promotional agencies and their shareholders, directors, representatives, officers, employees, and agents, as well as any other party involved in the Contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Beneficiaries of discharge ”), from any liability for any damages they may incur as a result of accepting or using the Prize or in connection with the Prize and the Contest. Before being declared a winner and receiving their Prize, all selected individuals agree to complete and sign the Form for this purpose, failing which they will not be eligible to receive the Prize.

By participating or attempting to participate in the Contest, each person releases, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizing Entities from: (A) any liability for any damage that may be suffered as a result of accepting or using the Prize; (B) delays in delivery, loss or theft of Prizes, including during and in connection with their delivery; (C) any liability and any damages they may suffer as a result of their participation or attempted participation in the Contest.

The Organizer shall not be liable in any way whatsoever in any case where its inability to act results from a fact or situation beyond its control or from a strike, lockout, or any other labor dispute at its establishments or at the establishments of the organizations or companies whose services are used to hold the Contest.

All winners authorize the Organizers and any person authorized by them to communicate with them for purposes related to the Contest. By entering the Contest, the Winner authorizes the Organizer to use, at its discretion, their name, photograph, city, voice, image, and statement regarding their Prize for advertising or other purposes, at the Organizer's discretion, in any media and worldwide, without any form of compensation, at no cost, and without limitation as to media, languages, or territories, for any purpose deemed relevant. In addition, the Winner agrees to have their first name and city of residence mentioned on the Contest website for any purpose deemed relevant. Furthermore, the Winner agrees to have their first name and city of residence mentioned on the Contest website for any purpose deemed relevant.

The Beneficiaries shall not be liable for incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible contact information provided by Contest participants, even if attributable to an error related to the Contest Page or any related platforms. The Organizer reserves the right to reject any entry form that is incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, mutilated, or contains a human or mechanical error, and to proceed with the drawing of another form.

Any entry form or attempt to register using electronic, computer, or other means contrary to the spirit of the Contest (e.g., entries exceeding the permitted limit, hacking, mass emailing, etc.) will be automatically rejected and may be referred to the appropriate police and judicial authorities. Any automated entries will be identified and rejected.

The Organizer shall not be liable for any problems including, but not limited to: technical failure of networks or telephone lines, online computer systems and servers or providers, computer equipment, software, total or partial inaccessibility of the Contest Page for any reason, or any other problem resulting directly or indirectly from a virus, computer worm, bug, or failure when sending emails to the Organizer for any reason, including, but not limited to, congestion on the Internet or on a website or a combination of both. The Organizer and the other Released Parties shall not be liable for any damage that may affect the computer equipment of participants as a result of their registration for the Contest.

The Contest Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest in whole or in part in the event of an incident, technical error, or human intervention that could corrupt or affect the administration, security, impartiality, or conduct of the Contest as provided in these rules, subject to applicable regulations. In any case, the Contest Organizer, advertising and promotion agencies, service providers or prize suppliers related to this Contest, as well as their employees, agents, and representatives, shall not be required to award more prizes than those indicated in these Rules or to award prizes other than in accordance with these Rules. Furthermore, the Organizer is not responsible for errors or technical difficulties resulting from server, hardware, or software failure, transmission problems, or lost, delayed, or altered data transmitted by the participant.

Any decision made by the Contest Organizers or their representatives regarding this Contest is final and binding, subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of common law, where applicable.

Any dispute regarding the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any dispute regarding the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.

The names of the Contest Winners will be available between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at the Organizer's offices for a minimum period of ten (10) days following the draw date.

The Contest Rules are available throughout the Contest period at the Organizer's offices, located at 612 St-Jacques Street, Montreal, Quebec, H3C 4M8, and on the Organizer's website.

All intellectual property and promotional material (including web pages and source code) are the property of the Organizer or its subsidiaries. All rights reserved. The unauthorized copying or use of copyrighted material or trademarks without the express written consent of the owner is strictly prohibited. Entry forms are the property of the Contest Organizer and will not be returned to participants at any time.

The Contest is in no way affiliated with, endorsed, presented, sponsored, or organized by any social media platform, including Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
PROTECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
25. Personal information provided to the Organizers in connection with the Contest belongs to the person who provided it and is provided to enable the Contest to be administered in accordance with the Privacy Policy. No communications, commercial or otherwise, unrelated to this Contest will be sent to participants by the Organizers, unless the participant has given prior consent before the Contest or has otherwise consented, where applicable, on their Entry, or if permitted under the Privacy Policy. Notwithstanding the foregoing, when you participate in the Contest via a social media platform (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), you agree that the Organizers may contact you via the messaging service of that platform to notify you if you have won a Prize or if required for the proper administration of the Contest.
