Do I need to buy a phone to subscribe to Fizz mobile services?
If your phone is compatible with our network, you can use your own phone at Fizz. Check my phone
Does Fizz require a credit check?
No. Fizz is a prepaid mobile and Internet provider so all you need is an accepted payment method and a valid email address.
Can I receive my SIM card before arriving to Canada?
Fizz doesn’t ship outside of Canada at this time. As soon as you arrive, order your SIM card online and you'll receive it within a few days. Or simply swing by one of our partner stores to pick one up.
What are my options to call overseas with my Fizz mobile plan?
Calling abroad from the coverage area of your mobile plan is possible with the International calls option or an Add-on. The monthly frequency of your calls will determine what’s best for you. See my options
